At Muumuu Mall by Muumuu Rainbow, we want you to feel the aloha spirit in every garment. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully fold your garments and place them back in their original packaging, ensuring all Muumuu Rainbow labels and tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship to Muumuu Mall

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
